CREATE A PROJECT
The Project Manager can + Add a new project, assign a customer, and then add a description and budget.
PROJECT DASHBOARD
The Project Manager can see each project's cost, charges, and profit margin in a single view. In addition, the dashboard tracks the total revenue and outgoing expenses of all projects.
JOB BREAKDOWN
The Project Manager selects the Job Breakdown view and creates Jobs and Line Items. Jobs can be grouped into Work Packages and Stages.
The Project Manager can enter a cost and charge rate for each Line Item to track the Project's total cost, customer charges and profit margin.
GENERATE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) FROM A WORK PACKAGE.
The Project Manager can create an RFQ or Tender from the Job Breakdown view by selecting a Work Package and creating a Supplier Quote. The Project Manager can send the generated RFQ to multiple suppliers or sub-contracts for quoting.
ACCEPT A SUPPLIER OR SUBCONTRACTOR QUOTE
The Project Manager can review, accept, or deny each Supplier or Subcontractor's quote.
MERGE YOUR SUPPLIER QUOTE INTO THE JOB BREAKDOWN
The Project Manager can merge an accepted quote in the Project's Job Breakdown. However, the Work Package will remain linked to the supplier.
The supplier's charge rate fields convert to the cost rate fields within your Project. Therefore, the Project Manager can enter a charge rate for each merged supplier Line Item.
SUPPLIER BILLING
The supplier can use the same RFQ to bill the Project Account.
CUSTOMER QUOTES & INVOICES
The Project Manager creates Customer Quotes and Invoices in the Job Breakdown view. Then, a proposal cover sheet with the terms and conditions and itemised list of charges is sent to the customer to accept or deny.
INTEGRATION WITH XERO
Any Quotes, Invoices or Bills sent or received by a get.crackin.com.au account can be synced with Xero.
